The Challenge
Content owners needed to maintain policy updates and downloadable forms without editing page templates.
My Contribution
I built PHP templates and custom WordPress plugins for catalogs, metadata, and topic pages. I implemented editorial permissions, migrated content, tuned queries, and coordinated releases with QA and content owners.
The Solution
Structured publishing workflows organized guidance and documents. Searchable topics and form listings helped visitors find resources, while internal reference integrations remained separate from protected account systems.
Engineering Decisions
Public/protected-system separation; caching and query tuning; Composer/Git dependency management, QA/content-owner release coordination, maintenance documentation and nontechnical support communication.
What This Enabled
Content owners could maintain guidance through structured publishing workflows. Content migration preserved document references and validated redirects.
